MJ Holdings Inc. (OTC Pink: MJNE) is a highly-diversified, publicly-traded, cannabis holding company providing:

    • cultivation management;
    • licensing support;
    • production management, and
    • asset and infrastructure development

all currently focused in the Las Vegas market.

It is our intention to grow our business by acquiring and developing long-lived assets to provide a 360-degree spectrum of infrastructure (including cultivation, production, production and cultivation management, dispensaries, branded products, and consulting services) through:

    • the acquisition of existing companies;
    • joint ventures with companies possessing synergistic expertise, and
    • through the development of new opportunities.

We intend to “prove the concept” of being a vertically-integrated, low-cost producer of a high-quality product in the rapidly expanding Las Vegas market and utilize that success as a template for replicating the concept in other cannabis-friendly states, through a combination of strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and development of new opportunities.

The Company’s assets and operations have expanded significantly over the past year; and, the Company has raised more than $6,000,000 from the sale of common stock returned to the Company by our largest shareholder during the first quarter of 2019. The funds are being utilized to facilitate: expansion of our cultivation footprint; the acquisition of a marijuana production license and additional cultivation license, and the purchase of other supporting assets.

Under the leadership of our CEO, Paris Balaouras, the Company has assembled a senior management team possessing significant experience in building, acquiring and operating high-growth, multi-division businesses in a public company setting. The Company also has retained operating level employees, directly and through strategic relationships, possessing significant experience in marijuana cultivation and production.

Our Leadership

Led by our founder Paris Balaouras, the Company has assembled a senior management team possessing significant experience building, acquiring and operating high-growth, multi-division businesses in a public company setting. The Company also has retained operating level employees and consultants, directly and through strategic relationships, possessing significant experience in marijuana cultivation and production.

Additionally, the Company has retained operating personnel with significant relevant experience to manage and operate the various business initiatives.

Paris Balaouras

Paris Balaouras was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board on December 15, 2017. Mr. Balaouras assumed the title of President of the Company on January 1, 2019. Mr. Balaouras has more than ten years of experience in the development and operations of legal cannabis businesses, including license acquisition, facility management, cannabis cultivation, and legislative initiatives. Mr. Balaouras was the founding and managing partner of Acres Medical, LLC (“Acres Medical”) from April 2014 until February 2016. While with Acres Medical, Mr. Balaouras was instrumental in raising investment capital for the acquisition of five Nevada Medical and Recreational Marijuana Establishment Certificates, the development and opening of a 20,000 square foot dispensary in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the acquisition of a 37-acre cultivation facility in the Amargosa Valley, Nevada, creating the largest cultivation site in the State of Nevada. From 2012 until 2016, while serving as the Principal Officer at Natural Remedy Patient Center, Mr. Balaouras obtained an Arizona dispensary, cultivation, and production license. Mr. Balaouras is a member of the Nevada Dispensary Association, Americans for Safe Access, and the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Law.

Roger Bloss

Joined the Company’s Board on April 1, 2019 and also assumed the roles as President of the Company’s Alternative Hospitality division. Mr. Bloss has more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has served in executive positions with several major hotel franchise companies including as a founder of Vantage Hospitality Group in 1996.

Additionally the Company has retained operating personnel with significant relevant experience to manage and operate the various business initiatives. Such additions include the Western Project’s leader Garrett Greenlee. Garrett is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree. He has over 20 years of construction experience with both YORK International and Johnson Controls. Garrett is an inventor and entrepreneur and has worked in the cannabis industry full time since 2013. He has detailed knowledge of cannabis physiology and grow methodology. As more US states began the legalization journey, Garrett started a consulting firm called CannaDevelopment and advised on legislation and application submissions in seven states. As CEO of his technology company, CannaTech Solutions, he pursues Intellectual Property rights in the cannabis space and has numerous pending patents including: an advanced lighting system; a fully integrated building management system, and a DNA based plant tracking system. These technology components have been incorporated into an indoor grow design that operates 50% more efficiently than a standard grow, with increased yield and maximized terpene profiles for each phenotype. With the current progression in the acceptance of cannabis, both in the US and across the globe, there is a crucial need for a central repository of research and data collection. In 2016, Garrett founded the International Cannabinoid Institute Research Foundation to serve as a clearing house for intellectual equity for all things related to the research, development, extraction, sale, cultivation, and transportation of cannabis sativa L. and its natural constituents.

Additionally, one of the Western JV project leaders, Kenneth Suydam, recently joined the Company as a senior consultant to coordinate and synchronize the Company’s propagation, cultivation and post-harvest processing activities. Mr. Suydam is a decorated cultivator and cannabis professional having founded Dystinctively Different Herb Company, Canna Pros, and, most recently completing a two-year stint as The Head of Cultivation & Cannabis Technologies for the publicly traded Maple Leaf Green World Incorporated in Calgary, AB, Canada. Kenneth’s work in the cannabis industry includes: multiple flower awards from High Times Magazine, the first “Rosin” award in the world at Chalice 2015, and collaborating with some of the best minds and companies in the cannabis industry – providing: input, material, genetics, cultivation design, optimization techniques, and management of operations for the likes of Next G3N Greenhouse, DNA Genetics, The Proving Grounds, Essential Extracts, Mile High Melts, Exclusive Seeds, Dungeon’s Vault Genetics and countless more. Forever aiming to do more, Kenneth’s goals remain lofty but simple - to bring the best cannabis and cannabis products in the world to market.
